Our goal is to sustainably contribute to the achievement of the EU climate targets for 2030 through further expansion of renewable energy sources with a special focus on hydropower and also to make a positive global impact for a significant reduction of the CO2 footprint.
Hydropower is one of the oldest energy sources for generating electricity. Without any need of primary energy, hydropower has one of the lowest LCOEs (Levelized Cost Of Energy) among comparable conventional and renewable energy technologies. This makes hydropower not only the most mature, but also the most economically competitive technology for electricity generation.
